Father of my pupils (Professor of physical education) told me long ago the Run 5.30 "non-competitive walk that takes place in the center of Modena and whose particularity of place at 5.30 am. The first edition was held Friday, June 12 last year, involving 579 participants, the second will take place Friday, June 4 at the same time and are expected about 1,000 participants. Update Friday, June 4: 1000 people at the start of the first light ' Dawn, my wife took the heat was running well at first but I convinced her to walk. Discrete steps, from 6 miles per hour. In the last km we passed many young people a little 'burst (5.3 km at the bottom are not so few) and ended our walk in 51 minutes. My last 200 meters I made them to run fast, caught by the demon of the competition, leaving behind ten children of Guarini. A special praise to my wife who is out of the fourth and two of my pupils who have not made your travel, however, came too. Next year we will travel?
